I dropped off my iPhone to get the ear speaker replaced. The tech has me return several times. He damaged the screen I had that had no damages and charged me for it. The initial diagnostic fee does not go towards repairs. He could not repair it. Gave me my phone on Friday and told me not to let the battery go down and told me to return Monday. But that didn’t stop him from charging me for the screen he damaged. My phone was not working so I powered it off and it wouldn’t restart. I spent the weekend without a phone. When I returned on Monday the shop was closed. The shop remained closed all day Monday. I tried calling several times and no one called me back. Tuesday I still couldn’t find anyone. I ended up having to pay someone to repair the damage he caused and the ear speaker. On Wednesday I made contact. I suspect only because another customer was arriving at the same time. I asked for a refund for the screen he damaged. He has a dismissive attitude about it. He said when I paid the diagnostics fee up front the understanding was that if repairs didn’t happen I was not entitled to a refund.
In response to your reply… That’s the level of professionalism I expect. Did you tell me something about being a man? Are you serious…? What a joke. I was in fact told by an employee at Sprint (now T-Mobile) on Veterans in Metairie that the shop who did the initial screen replacement was a certified Apple repair tech. I was sent there because the tech wasn’t there at the time and I was in a bit of a rush. Not sure why you think I would need to lie about that or what difference it would make. I brought my phone to you to get the ear speaker replaced. You botched the job and then pieced the phone back together so you can get off on time. And I can post phone records of calls made to your store on Monday. You were probably in there hiding so you wouldn’t have to face what you did. You weren’t reasonable about the fact that you didn’t do what you were paid to do. Simple… If bring my car to a shop to replace speakers and when they’re done my radio won’t come on, I would expect them to make good on that. Your feelings seem to be hurt by the review but I’m the one out of $240 plus days of dealing with you. And I had to pay someone else to do what you couldn’t do. I wrote the review for the same reason everyone writes reviews, to report on the level of service your company provided. It wasn’t a business transaction because you got paid for nothing. Now move on please… oh and...
Read moreI was in the neighborhood when I googled IPhone repair when I discovered this place an decided to take a chance. I have an Apple Watch that needed a new battery. Although I new that’s what I needed done the repair person at the shop advise me to let him troubleshoot my watch for a $39 fee to make sure nothing else was wrong. Mind you that $39 was for that only and if my watch just needed a battery like I first suspected it wouldn’t go to the cost of the battery I would just lose that $39. Against my first mind I left my watch with this company to be checked. That was a big mistake! The minute I walked out that door without my watch I felt I was being robbed so I went back an told them I just wanted battery nothing more . Mind you I’ve only left the store an returned 5 minutes later an told them I only want the battery. They told me that if I decide I just want the battery I would have to pay an additional $79 for the battery an wouldn’t get my $39 back an it wouldn’t go to the cost of my battery. I was livid! I said I just left for 5mins an changed my mind. After arguing with them behind that they decided to deduct $39 from my overall cost. So I left an they said it would take a week to replace my battery. With reluctance on why it would take a week I left my watch anyway. After a week I heard nothing from them so I called. They told me they couldn’t fix it cause they fired their repairman an that I should come pick up my watch. I had an 11am appointment to pick up my watch but when I arrived the only lady their couldn’t give it to me cause she wasn’t a technician so she had to text her boss to get permission to give me my unrepaired watch. We waited 35mins before we got my watch. I asked for my deposit back since their was no work done to my watch an was told she didn’t have the authority to give me my refund. So now I have to go back to retrieve my $39 deposits. I am strongly warning anybody who considering going to this place DONT!!! It is a rip off ! They are unprofessional an I am almost sure they can’t repairs anything. I was not impressed with the way the place look or how they handle clients. You have to make appointments to get in with an open sign on the door. I not even sure I’m gonna get my deposits back . I just don’t want anyone to go through what I had to endure with the so called business. I am not one to write reviews on a business cause I can think of better things to do with my time, but this I just had to do. It was...
Read moreI went to get my slightly cracked phone screen repaired and when I say they did a poor job, do not take it lightly. The screen they replaced it with was already a bit scratched. When I interact with the phone, everything is delayed. Sometimes the phone just goes dark for a minute and I just have to wait. I have reset it but all of the problems persist. The scariest issue of them all is the blinking red light. Whenever I do Face ID and sometimes randomly, a spot next to the camera blinks a red light. I don’t think they put any form of recording into my phone but they most certainly messed up the hardware inside of it. I would strongly advise to find any other store or to simply just go to an Apple store. There were several other problems with the service from the store itself but what I have written should be enough information for you to understand this is not the store for you.
I am adding onto this previous review as a response to the owners reply to me. I shall start this off by saying this is close to if not the most unprofessional way to deal with poor reviews. Maybe, just maybe, you would not be getting absolutely slammed if you just improved the quality of work. Clearly, you guys are not capable of such a daunting task. The reply to my review is also filled with false information. For starters, you did not fix my phone. You attempted to fix my friends phone. I wrote the review as if it was mine so your simple minded self would understand what I am saying. I was also with them from when they cracked the phone until when they received it back from you guys. The crack was extremely insignificant but they still wanted to fix it since it was aesthetically annoying. The fact that you tried to make the claim that I brought a phone that did not work to you could not be more false. After reading other reviews and your responses to them, I feel a need to make it clear to the world how dysfunctional this business truly is. I am not the type of person to write such a disrespectful review, but I feel a need to for this because clearly you also have no respect for your customers. I would love to see you respond to me and try to justify...
