We had an amazing experience at Mint Modern Vietnamese in New Orleans! The service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The pho was absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful, and so nourishing after a long day of exploring (and drinking!). We also had the banh mi, which was fresh, packed with flavor, and perfectly balanced. This spot is a must-visit for authentic Vietnamese food in NOLA!

This was a good find. The establishment and staff are both very pleasant. The entree recommendation of the lemongrass chicken was really great. It was delicious. The shrimp summer rolls were unlike any I had ever had before. The cuts of pork were a bit too thick. The roll lacked. Next time I am in town, I will come back to try other menus items.

The rich steaming broth of the pho warmed my soul on a cold rainy day. So flavorful and delicious. The spring rolls with avocado and shrimp were great. Service wasn’t great

The blonde Asian lady with the big synthetic lashes was so rude. Just so y’all know I’m telling the truth imma say the food was good and the staff seemed nice EXCEPT FOR OUR SERVER. She literally walked off from our table, one time during an interaction and just dismissed us. She also put auto grad on all of our checks which okay i guess, we were only a party of three, but then she put auto grad on my TO GO order. To do something unethical like that over a couple bucks, she must’ve really needed it so i just let it slide. But honestly my friends and I all thought that was weird. Who was i tipping exactly on my to-go order? The chef? And for a restaurant that’s located right by universities, i hope it is not routine for them to take advantage of college students like that. My friend also had to keep asking her over and over again for a bag when she was trying to take her food to go, which for someone who was putting auto grad on our 3 top and putting auto grad on my to go order, should do better than that. She also kept slamming plates on not only our table but other customers’ tables too. Also she was sitting with her back facing the whole restaurant while chowing down on some fried rice so no customers could even get her attention if they needed anything unless they got up or yelled across the whole restaurant. She had attitude while communicating also. At first i thought it might just be how she talks but then i saw her talking very enthusiastically and kindly to her co workers then i thought she was just being rude to customers. She never came to check on us, she took out orders and brought the food and check and that was it, meanwhile she was eating at another table in the corner. I hope she was just having a bad day cause the service was absolutely horrible. Personally i would not...

I have eaten here on multiple occasions. I find the food to generally be excellent and the people are often friendly.

My favorite menu items are the beef sate vermicelli bowl and the various pho soups. The vermicelli bowls are a delightful blend of savory, slightly sweet, and cool flavors which culminate in an overall satisfying expeirence.

Pho is pretty standard for the New Orleans area. It is executed well enough that I order it which says something given the competition in the field.

I often finish my meals with a coconut boba tea which is a blender slush with coconut flavor. It's one of my favorite boba teas in the city.

There is a great variety of menu items for apps and other things and I think anyone can find something to enjoy.

When I order for pick up, it's great. When I come in during slow times it's also great.

Every single time I have come while they are busy I have had the same experience as I did tonight. I waited fifteen minutes for a table for two. This isn't a problem nor do I blame a place for wait times.

What is a problem is that me and my date sat for thirty minutes while every table say after us received water, drinks, and placed a food order without us being asked anything. We tried getting people's attention for about ten minutes before we walked out.

A table was sat after we left and as I drove by, I saw water on the table. You can look at my review history and see I am not one to complain often, but this type of thing has happened to me every time they are busy and I would highly recommend going anywhere else if...

Love the feel when I first walked in, but the crew was slow to react, or even acknowledge customers had walked in. Might I add I was q first time customer and my impression was everlasting. I wanted to love this place and have my egg rolls too, I guess I'll be ordering takeout from now on. Soooo, I wanted duck sauce and the bartender stated he never had it hmmm.. YOU ARE OF ASIAN DESCENT WORKING IN A RESTAURANT IN NEW ORLEANS STOP ACTING CLUELESS. So I asked if he had anything to substitute it with and he said "I never had it so I would not know how it taste". Now I did not ask if he new what it taste like or if he had it. Now just being in an Asian inspired restaurant, he should have known off the top of his head an alternative for egg roll sauce, maybe that's just my opinion? So again I had to ask if there is sauce for the egg rolls and he said yes. Well got damn we have a winner cha ching. Can I have some of that please! I didn't even get any utensils, whatever though. The food was awesome but I felt racially profiled in here. New Orleans, has a massive Asian community and I have always been pleased with the service and food that this culture has to offer. But there was something wrong about this place. Im not sure exactly what it was and the food was awesome. I just felt dirty leaving this place and will not return for personal reasons. The food and the place deserves 3 maybe 4 stars but the service was a complete bump down to a...
