Every time I go to this Starbucks, there are problems. I put aside that they’re always out of certain items, because they can’t control that. However, when they do have the ingredients that my drink calls for, my order is always wrong. I’ve been going to this location religiously for the past few months and I can’t recall a time where my drink was made correctly the first time. I completely understand mistakes every now and then because as humans we are not perfect. However, it becomes frustrating when I practically pay for my drink to be messed up. Sometimes, I wait for them to redo my drink but others, I don’t have the time nor patience to wait for them to get my drink right. It baffles me that when I ask for my order to be remade, it comes out just right. They are able to make it the right way, they just don’t. If I’m going to pay $11 for a drink, I want it to be worth my money. I’ve also noticed that there are other customers who come in and have the same issues. There seems to be a reoccurring conflict of incorrect orders. I am really tired of being stuck with a nasty drink or wasting time for it to be remade. Specifically, this morning, I followed my same routine of walking in, placing my order, and waiting for my drink. There is never problems with the person at the register. I am thankful that they are able to at least have my order correct on paper. I placed my order around 7:50 and waited almost 15 minutes for it to be made. I didn’t complain about this despite how inconveniencing it was. I understand busy morning shifts. I watched my drink being made and noticed there was something off. I made a comment to one of the workers that there probably wasn’t enough mocha in it because it wasn’t as dark as it usually is. They continued to make my drink after hearing this. At this point, I was fed up. I was watching them make my drink the wrong way, I commented on it, and they disregarded me. When I finally did get my drink there was no mocha drizzle, which I also didn’t complain about because it was minor and unimportant. My drink was bitter and disgusting. I needed to get to school and couldn’t wait for them to remake it. I am very disappointed because I know they can do better. I’ve always kept it professional here and I hope my...

Today I went in and asked the cashier Motley her opinion if I should get an espresso in my matcha.

She said no cause she don’t care for mix drinks.

The other worker added that I should try a mocha with espresso. I said no cause that wasn’t really healthy. Motley then said “well what you want, water!” loud and aggressive. I said no I want what I’m about to order. She than took my order uninterested.

The young lady with blonde hair made my drinks. But I notice my Matcha was in a venti cup and I order a grande so I asked did the cashier charge me for that, she said no I made a mistake and put it in that cup.

Leaving out getting in the car I noticed my matcha was lumpy and not mix well. I wasn’t going to go back but I said why not if it’s something I paid for so I did. I went back in asking the young lady if she can mix it better for me. Motley than scream at me asking me not to remove that cup because we don’t know where your mouth been and it’s part of their policy for the customer to remove straws and tops, while takes four customers orders.

I said you can just throw it away and make another one because it was made wrong anyway. Motley then said no you have to do it, as if I knew the policies. I said wait why are you yelling at me when I wasn’t speaking to you at all. She said she was defending her worker, as if I was the one yelling.

She had no reason to defend her worker just from me asking can it be mixed better. I felt embarrassed and it really hurts because I felt alone in the situation like no one was there defend me. I felt like the worker and not the customer

Mind you Im a tipper and go to this location everyday and I have never felt this...

Update: Aug 18... 3pm.... been here for 20 minutes for one cappacino.....its never like this in the morning but in the afternoon they are lost.

Update: Jul 3... go in there at 4pm and they ran out of coffee. Shocker... some dude lazily pushing a broom around waits a few minutes to even egg knowledge that I was there. Same guy somehow forgot to make the coffee. Shocker! I asked the manager as she was refunding my moneu if she felt it was odd that Starbucks ran out of coffee.... like Mcondalds running out of hamburgers...

They are soooooo sloooooowww! Its a great space and i like the upstairs but they are poky. The starbucks on Magazine can handle three times as many people with no problem. I watched the manager yell at customers last week because their orders were all screwed up and she was trying to fix those orders while letting the people in line just stand there. Then when people asked her what was going on, she actually yelled at them. This is a great spot - with...

If you want to start your day all wrong, stop into a Starbucks that does nothing right. From the hung over Barista “you want something” greeting to the “ I can’t take your reusable cup unless it’s clean” remark. So if you’re a Rewards member, get coffee ask for a refill you must be willing to contribute to the landfill. In a city with more garbage cans parked on the street than cars, you’d think there would be an effort to promote reuse and less waste. After all, your Barista touching on a dirty mop, not washing her hands, then touching your bagel and then touching a cup is really “keeping us safe” from germs🤔 Please recommend a non pretentious coffee shop Uptown.

I've been wanting to go in there because the building looks so cool from the outside. It was a really warm day but sitting on the balcony would be really fun another time. They have plenty of seating upstairs that's specifically designed for working/studying, which is nice. Service was great. My oatmilk latte was just the way I like it, and that's the beauty of a chain, I suppose.
