Eversaint Salon — Local services in New Orleans

Wish I could give a better rating bc they’re very friendly, but I was way overcharged for services & not given massages supposedly included in both pedicure or manicure :( -I got a pedicure with regular polish, (should have been $40 according to website) and it was supposed to include a massage & I never got one. Then, I brought in some nails I liked for color reference and Theresa (? I think that’s the name of the owner) said they didn’t have a match but offered to use stickers to attach them for me since I didn’t want to use glue. Asked her to give me a manicure & then attach nails I brought in. She cut my cuticles and attached nails with stickers. Again, I was not given a massage as website states is a part of manicure. She was rushing through it bc they had another client waiting on them awhile. The pedicure should have been $40, & the manicure according to website is $25 and includes polish (I didn’t get polish, she just attached nails I brought w/ me) Yet somehow, in spite of not even receiving a massage with pedicure or manicure, and not getting any polish with manicure either, I was charged EIGHTY FIVE dollars :( So I was charged $20 more than I should have been and I wasn’t even given everything that should have been included in the services received. As I paid I was shocked by the price & wondered if I was overcharged but she was in a rush to get to other client & I was uncomfortable disputing the amount. They were very nice but I was not given all I should have been with the services provided AND I was overcharged… so very ...

I came for a mani/pedi and was very pleased with my experience. I went on to book a Brazilian and a haircut.

When I arrived for the Brazilian I was told they wouldn’t be able to do the service. I understood and asked to wait until my next appointment.

I was then made very uncomfortable by the staff who kept asking me to leave and come back. I tried three times to say no and that I was happy to wait another 30 minutes. After the 4th time I was asked to leave, I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted that I left to wander aimlessly.

I shouldn’t have come back for the haircut. I asked for a simple trim of my hair, and did not want to change the style at all. The stylist insulted me by telling me my hair is fraying and I should take biotin. I left with choppy, uneven ends and 2 extra inches cut off which I had to go to another salon to fix.I had paid $10 for a style that I came home and showered out so I could see the actual haircut it seemed she was trying to hide.

I will not be returning for any services due to the unprofessional way I was treated. I would only recommend the mani/pedi service if it is your only...

No doubt the best salon I have ever been to!! I came from out of state and broke a nail the night before. I called the next day to see if they could fit me in. Not only did she get my in asap, it was immaculately clean and gorgeous!! It doesn't end there.. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the owner, and offered an (amazing) glass of wine. After sitting down in her comfy chairs, she went to work! She removed the broken nail with such a sensitive touch, and kept great conversation! She was extremely knowledgeable and even reshaped and corrected my previous nail job. After my set was finished and was time for the polish, I asked for a design, and she freehanded 2 fleur de lis, on my nails. My nails have seriously never looked so good!! I am beyond impressed with Eversaint! Great prices and amazing talented artists/tech's that really know what they are doing! I'm sad I don't live closer, they would be the only place I'd ever go to!!
