Friendly staff, clean facility. Lash tech is super amazing. 11/14/2019 was my first time getting individual lashes done. I lost track of time and ended up 1 hour and 24 mins late for my appointment, and they still did my lashes. I greatly appreciate that. The lash tech made sure she answered all my questions and concerns. She’s so gentle, I almost fell asleep. My problem is that I had 2-3 lashes fall off the first night. But after those came off I didn’t notice any others falling and I don’t know if it’s because of the glue that I started getting signs of a sty. But other than that I don’t have any complains. This is my first time visiting Royal Lashes. I got the C curl pattern, gorgeous style and 12" length and I must say I'm in loveeee! They did a beautiful job. My lashes look long but still natural which is what I was going for. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I'm 8 months pregnant and they provided pillows to support my back and legs, and also a blanket which was a nice touch. The place itself is very clean and relaxing. Loved the experience I had with Royal Lash! When I came in, the place was super clean and I was greeted with super friendly workers. The person that did my lashes was super duper sweet and friendly. His goal was to make sure that I looked good and was satisfied with his service and he definitely did that! He made my eyes look beautiful and now I feel more confident that ever.
