How unfortunate when the nail technician's artistry and talent deserves five stars, but the overall experience has been tainted. 1.) Word of advice to the business owner/team, it is unkind to gossip about your customers right in front of them in another language, assuming they can't understand you. 2.) Inquiries about safety and sanitation should not be that surprising. 3.) Please consider updating your booking system to avoid scheduling conflicts with future customers.

I recently visited this nail salon and had a pretty good experience overall. The staff were really attentive and welcoming, and I absolutely loved how my nails turned out. It was my first time getting my nails done at this salon. Always passed by it when I park my car at Broadway LIRR station but finally tried it out and I'm so glad I did. Diana took really good care of me! My nails turned out so cute, with pops of color which is what I wanted for my summer trip. I think the quality of the polish is also great, super shiny I can't stop looking at my nails. She finished with two different top coats; I know it's gonna last a long time.
