3 Gramercy park — Local services in New York

My family stayed in the Garden Apartment while visiting our son at NYU. The apartment is great with plenty of room to spread out, both indoors and out ( a beautiful outdoor space). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and the hosts provide all kinds of suggestions on places to eat nearby (there are many options!). The apartment is spotless, the beds comfortable, and the showers hot with good water pressure. The WIFI is excellent and the hosts are available through text message as if there were a front desk at a hotel. I was so surprised at how quiet the apartment was...once you are inside, you would never guess you are in NYC. This is a perfect location for visiting NYU and we will definitely stay here again. The only consideration for this apartment (that was not any problem for us) are a couple of steep steps leading to the front door and a narrow spiral staircase that connects the two floors of the apartment. We had a last minute work trip and really lucked out that this apartment was available. We stayed in the Aria apartment. Sudha responded instantly to my request to book and made our unexpected travel to NYC so easy and effortless. The apartment was perfect for my colleague and myself: we each had our own bathrooms inside our huge bedroom suites. Everything was immaculate but felt like home. The open kitchen/living area made it ideal to work, enjoy meals and relax for a little afterward. The apartment is quiet but still central – not even a 10 minute walk from Union Square so it was easy for us to get to our meetings and also some great restaurants nearby.
