I had a warranty issue a diamond went missing on the band and so I shipped out our ring with USPS and it was suppose to arrive 2 days later and now it is 8 days later and they still do not have the ring. So I sent in an email and Steve immediately jumped on it and helped me on the phone. He just assured me that all is going to be okay because I did insure the package.
