He charged me full price ($3 for two sheets, single sided) when he knew he shouldn't have because they were suboptimal (CV was printed with a giant blue watermark but it was lighter than the first time around). Then he said if I had the time, he'll make it right. He proceeds to print out 3 good copies. I was about to tip him for the extra effort, but before I could even reach for my wallet, he says he's giving me a deal by asking for an ADDITIONAL $3 for 3 sheets, single sided. Then after I leave, he tells another customer in a "matter of fact" kind of way that he needs to charge me for the sheets of paper. I say make it right the first time, then.
