I worked with Logan for my half sleeve tattoo and I could not be happier with the finished look. I had a tattoo on my inner forearm that I was not pleased with. I was looking to do a half sleeve on my forearm that would not only successfully cover up the old tattoo but also give me the new vision that I had in mind, which was a Japanese style tattoo that had a destruction look on the inner side and a serene, peaceful look on the outside, giving a light vs dark feel.

After tons of research, I found Logan and was amazed by his work and knew right away that he was the artist I wanted for my tattoo. When the day came for my first session, Logan took the time to make sure that I was getting the exact design that I wanted. I was pretty particular with the style and definitely had a lot of requests but Logan was extremely patient and worked with me to make sure that I was happy and that all my requests were met.

Logan is very talented and he has a very special gift when it comes to tattooing. Not only is his work the highest quality you could ask for, his speed at getting the tattoo done is insane. If you care about the art and craftsmanship of your tattoo you could not find a better artist in New York City. I followed Logan's career for many years before I actually ended up booking him and was very impressed with all the pieces I saw.

I knew he was gonna be my guy after the first consultation. He was very professional and very personable easy to get along with. He and I discussed a bunch of ideas and he really cared about the details and put a lot of thought into the design making it more than I had ever hoped it could be.

We started with a cover-up, which evolved into a huge backpiece, now we are working on a full body piece. It is absolutely beautiful. Stunning. I literally have people stop me all the time at the beach, the pool, at parties and on the streets. They want to take photos with me and stare at my tattoos so long they get lost in the details. Even those who do not like tattoos tell me that this is far beyond the boundaries of what they have come to expect of the average tattoo/tattoo artist. Logan is uniquely talented.

The tattoos are so vivid people want to touch them because they can't believe it's just ink in skin. They think they're going to feel the petals of the flowers and the texture of the stain glass rose church window.

10/10 recommend this studio! As an out of towner, I was hesitant on driving to the city. The shop provided me info of a parking app to use and the garage was only 0.2 miles from the shop, the neighborhood was nice, I felt safe as a woman walking by myself.

I arrived and walked in and was immediately greeted by Jasmine and felt welcomed. I've been to several studios where I've felt intimidated, or uncomfortable, the Hidden Rose was not the case. Every artist and employee there was approachable, welcoming, and pleasant!

The studio itself is small, but not being from NYC I'd assume this size is normal. The studio is clean, well decorated, flowing, and bright. There is hardly any noise from equipment, no TVs, and low volume music being played.

It was most enjoyable hearing conversations between artists, clients, and visitors. Listening to Logan bestow his knowledge upon other artists was heartwarming, knowing that his skills and craft is being passed down.

My review today is based on the studio itself as I had work preformed by a guest artist, Isaac Aguila. However, I've followed Logan and Steve on IG for a while, and have seen their work at several conventions and would highly recommend them both to someone looking...
