Ordering from Seamless - If I could give 0.5 stars, I would. The 0.5 star would be because of the excellent variety of products. But seriously, this place is the WORST EVER. This is now the final straw. My order has NEVER once been on time. The earliest it's been was 15 minutes late. I've ordered from here from multiple addresses, and the distance doesn't matter - ALWAYS late. This current order is going on 50 minutes late. When you call to ask for an update, expect to get put on hold, then have someone else pick up not knowing why you're calling. The person on the phone will apologize 5% of the time, but the entire tone of the "conversation" is short and apathetic. The delivery person will apologize 10% of the time. Sometimes, the delivery person will just leave the bag hanging on your door handle after ringing the doorbell and leaving to who knows where (with all of the lateness, you'd think they'd have a backpack with tons of other orders in it or maybe carrying bags of many other orders. Maybe the other orders are in the car, but I digress). Sometimes, the person on the phone will make a promise that it will be there in a certain amount of time. If that amount of time passes and you call back for another update, they'll just tell you that it will be there in the same amount of time again. If you ask what they can do to accommodate the poor service, they will say you can cancel the order - but not always. Sometimes, "it's almost there," and that's why they can't cancel it. If you ask for a discount, it's a hard no. So if you are cool with empty promises, extreme lateness, apathetic employees, managing "hanger," and not passing out from starvation, then this...
Read moreI ordered from here and they said it was delivered when it hadn’t been. Assuming they’d just cancelled, I got a refund because they always deliver in time. I wasn’t mad, just ready to try to order from somewhere else. Then, twenty minutes later they delivered my order after I processed a refund already. I was literally just getting ready to speak to a care agent on seamless about how it’d arrived when the delivery driver called me and began verbally harassing me and screaming. At first I tried calling them down (why should I have to do that?), insisting we could work it out and that I was going to talk to seamless so I could make sure they knew that even though it was late it arrived. I even tried explaining how it happened, that the app said it’d been delivered when she hadn’t even rung my doorbell. She didn’t last five seconds before continuing to yell and accuse me of lying without letting me get a word in which is not how a situation like that should be handled. I then tried calling the grocery themselves to just notify them that while I enjoy their products this made me unhappy, and was hung up on. I never write reviews and usually don’t care even if a product is terrible, but this was unacceptable. Btw I used to order from here all the time....

I placed 3 GrubHub orders and I got notification via the application and text messages saying that the orders were ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I was told by the cashier that my orders cancelled. No explanation was provided despite the items being available inside the store when I looked around. This was contradictory to what it stated in the GrubHub application. It was never canceled by the store; I had to chat with GrubHub support to get all 3 orders canceled. In fact, when the GrubHub support agent reached out to the store manager, he lied and said that I picked up 2 of the orders. The manager and staff were extremely rude and hostile when I returned to the store requesting clarification regarding my orders, not surprising as they were caught red-handed lying.
