Another wonderful subway station! Enjoy the lovely sitting area on some cool round benches (which I think are supposed to be considered modern) directly across from the MTA clerk booth. The MTA clerks are usually very helpful. Generally clean and well maintained but old and could use a remodel. And check out the lightbulbs! Yet there are sometimes that I end up here. When I'm going to Hunter College and I'm on the 4 or 5, though, the easy transfer to the 6 train is sometimes hard to resist.
