Restore Hyper Wellness — Local services in New York

I've been going to restore hyper wellness for a few months now and I do love getting IVs most of the time. I've been to the park slope location which I love everybody there is awesome and also the 1493 3rd Ave location and I love it there as well they're always very professional and accommodating. I recently changed location and I visited the location on 1191 3rd Ave although everyone was friendly I felt the nurses were a little stuck up or cold. I I came in to do IV two times in one week back to back and I seen two different nurse and both nurses just managed to make my arm black and blue with the IV. I have not experienced this in any other location that I went to with my arm being bruised but for some reason this specific location on two separate days both nurses managed to mess up my arm. I would like to go back to this location because they were offering me complimentary IV nutrients to come back and revisit but I'm terrified to go again and be poked by any nurses that will mess my arm up and hurt it and bruised it. Had a bit of a sinus infection and was super dehydrated. I looked up IV places around me and gave restore a call. James at the front desk got me a quick appointment right away and took care of me as soon as I got there! Everything was explained to me clearly and I felt super safe and comfortable. Very clean and super cute spot. Had a zoom clearing with the nurse practitioner and in under a minute I was good to go. I chose the Myers’s IV cocktail and added in NAC after I spoke to James, the nurse practitioner and the nurse who set up my IV. The chair was super comfy and I was able to adjust it and add heat during my experience. Also put a soft blanket over me and cozied up. I also highly recommend the compression boots which I’ve never had before, basically a leg massage and moved my blood circulation which was needed because I’ve been in bed the past two days straight. I tried Restore recently for some birthday TLC and can’t say enough good things! The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, welcoming, and provided tons of helpful info for me since it was my first time at their facility and also my first time doing most of the services I was coming in for. So far I’ve tried Cryo and Infrared Sauna from the core services. Everything was clean, state of the art, and they were great about making sure I went into everything safely. I also did a Hydrafacial with Oxygen add-on with Lama. The facial was excellent and so relaxing. I definitely have noticed a difference in my skin the days following my appointment. Lama did a great job and was so sweet! I’m very happy to have Restore close to home and am looking forward to joining as a member.
