I did upper lip and eyebrow waxing. The upper lip was fine but the owner was pressing on my nose while she did it. Did not feel great at all. The eyebrow waxing was complicated experience. My eyebrow are quite uneven so I wanted to get it clean and symmetrical. The owner was hesitant on shaping the brows came out not to my liking. The wax was hot it did burn my eyelids a bit my skin is still red and stinging. The owner kept telling me to just do micro blading and I was like no. I did have to go home and redo some parts of my eyebrow to my liking. The reason for the one star overall is because when I was about to leave the place I believe one of the workers that work there was just giving me an awful stare no greeting just looking at me up and down. I said hi but it was quite unprofessional and uncomfortable. The place is cleans but no place to put purse its an open space. Also, I never checked if they were certified. This is my first time here I paid full price plus tip but I won’t be back. This incident did happen...

I came here for a deep pore cleansing treatment facial after I noticed my skin was breaking out monthly. Upon entering the salon I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk where I filled out a form where we spoke about my skin regimen. It was informative as I didn't realize I was missing a few things in terms of how I was taking care of my skin. Before settling into the room where I would get my facial he explained where to put everything. The lady who gave me the facial was nice and spoke in calming voice. Before each step she would explain what she was going to do and that was helpful. The facial was relaxing where I fell asleep. The space is bright and clean where you feel relaxed.
