Lily did a great job with me today. Was gentle and always asked if I liked what she was doing while trying to paint the design I wanted. I think she was new and I happen to have come at a busy time so I wasn't able to voice exactly what I wanted (but that's a me issue, again. She was great.) So meticulous and also kind. And my nails was still great. I will come again. Which is a big thing for me because usually nail spots traumatized me lol feeling pressured and the file hurting or whatever. But I had a great experience across the board here. If you're interested give this place a shot

Edit: changed my 5 stars to 4 mainly because I realized that she messed up my natural nail! I was wondering why she used a drill underneath my nail if I got dip powder. I just wanted my nail to continue to grow and some of my nails are broken underneath. I want to be very upset but again she's new, there was a language barrier. And the nails it self looks nice. But I honestly would have just gotten tips if my real nail was going to be cut or drilled off. It truly defeated the purpose. So yes lovely looking nails. But just have to consider the natural nail. Wonderful nail salon! I was in Brooklyn for the weekend and needed a gel manicure with fill-in & gel pedi. The staff was warm and friendly. It seemed like only one person could do fill-ins so I had to wait for her to finish with her customer. When another technician noticed it was taking longer than expected she offered to help by removing my old gel and smoothing my nails so that all that would be left was the fill in and gel. Both technicians were excellent. The male technician who did my pedi was very thorough and though I was pressed for time I relaxed and he did an amazing job. Staff used to be amazing, now very rude and dismissive. Rather than providing customer service they’ll act like they don’t understand then talk shit in your face in their language. Too many other nail shops around who are respectful and take pride in the service they offer. Like, Brooklyn Nails a couple doors down…always busy but never rude.

Lady in second chair belches loudly, mouth open, doesn’t excuse herself. Pretty gross, imo.
