This was one of the worst jobs that I’ve had. The women that work here are very weird and like to antagonize. I’ve been followed, had women at different sites trying to fight me, mainly Francis&Jordan. W/the women in general, I had issues with at different sites would do things like micromanage me, follow me & tell me to do things to sabotage me like when I was at Fane in Harlem, I had a manager rudely tell me what to do, tell me “I don’t get paid to sit here and look pretty,” meanwhile I already did what I was supposed to do. Then told me I’m doing my rounds wrong and I was supposed to go into the residents rooms in the shelter and I said I’m not doing that and invading their space especially being that I worked overnight, it’ll be weird to come in there while they’re sleep and cause altercations for me to invade their space while they’re sleeping. So she got mad that I wasn’t complying then she called Aargo to let them know I wasn’t following instructions. But the main problem that I’ve experienced was racial discrimination by “Maria Diaz” at Fane. In regards to her, around the first week of me being there, our only conversation was her confirming my name. I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to her after the fact and she just had an attitude everytime I was there. I had went to use the bathroom and there was no tissue, so I took some napkins. Maria followed me to the bathroom and started banging on the door while I’m using the bathroom then walked off. Afterwards she was rudely telling me what to do and I asked her what was her problem she starting screaming “ You’re my problem” Started telling me that she doesn’t like my kind, she doesn’t like people like me, that I’m uneducated. & slammed the reception window. When you don’t even know what I am and haven’t even spoken to me to even know if I’m uneducated. So I asked you don’t like me because I’m black? (I am mixed but my skin is light brown. & can tell I’m mixed with black Although I’m black, White, Native American and Caribbean. But can pass for other things. However I go to Aargo and tell them what happened and one of them was like oh this is bad. I spoke with Jon the head of the company (who’s an ex cop) he’s emotionally and mentally manipulative and approving of a toxic work environment and mistreatment amongst staff. In the training he can come off as nice and that he cares about respect,protecting people and thinking from different scenarios.However people like that especially if they’re knowledgeable on emotional intelligence/ psychology can use that to their advantage and use tactics to manipulate people. So that’s what he tried doing to me to make it seem like I’m overreacting to abuse, when in reality I’m constantly dealing with reactive abuse and constantly put in fight or flight mode rather than being able to just do my job and go home.I’m constantly getting into altercations with jealous, insecure women on a power trip.I kept telling them there’s ways of talking to people and treating people.So for you to make it seem like I’m overreacting and that they didn’t mean it like that is insane because how am I overreacting to racism, micromanagement & being spoken to in demeaning and derogatory terms? Yet the whole time I’m trying to be strategic with my responses because not only am I dealing with someone who’s Gaslighting and manipulative, I’m also dealing with an ex cop so he can possibly have the upper hand on me in regards to legal stuff and connections.I’ve dealt with s*xual harassment from male residents and staff members I forgot the fireguard with the missing teeth came at ehs, but he would constantly keep track of my schedule, which side I was at every day tell me that “I’m fine as hell” & not to wear scarves over my head and I should wear my hair out,although I was covering myself up because I knew he wouldn’t like that.At other locations like the base, they’re celebrating somebody that d!ed I was told they found dead bodies and a man got “choked out” The men would bang on the glass,one told me he just got out of prison & tried to come...

They don’t give you enough hours and the people are unprofessional. They talk crazy to you when you call the call center. Fane Hotel, makes the security guard serve food and treat the clients bad.
