Harlem River Park — Attraction in New York

I wish the kids had a better park to play in; better yet I really wish for the people smoking crack and whatever else to take that nonsense elsewhere! it is utterly disrespectful and unsafe for people to be doing drugs while there are children playing. It it unsanitary and def a health hazard for these kids to be breathing in drugs, waste and bodily fluids surrounding this park. I will be taking my complaints to the community board.
