I went into this park slope located Aesop on (5/22) (Wednesday) with the intentions to pick up a gift set for someone who'd done me an incredible kindness recently. Upon entering the store, me and my companion were immediately greeted by the most thoughtful and inviting sales associate, Myles. Myles not only went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we'd been looking for, but even helped in elevating our gift idea to the next level. We explained the occasion and circumstances and were expeditiously assisted with pinpointing the exact kind of scent profile our gift receiver might be drawn to. Myles not only walked us through our plethora of options, but also gave invaluable insight as far as which items might compliment each other. This review is long overdue, but I truly can't say enough positive things about Oli and Myles. I've visited this location multiple times to pick out gifts, and every time, they’ve been incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and generous. Their customer service is unmatched—they always take the time to ask thoughtful questions and make personalized recommendations, which is so helpful given the wide selection of products.

I left the house with the intention of finding hydrating and nourishing skin care. Winter in New York isn't a joke, well one thing's for sure, my skin certainly doesn't find it funny.
