Incredible service — truly unmatched in NYC. I placed a last-minute bouquet order late on a weekend, not long before the shop was closing, and they managed to create and deliver it to me within an hour. I’ve never seen this kind of speed and efficiency in New York.

On top of that, the bouquet was stunning. The design felt modern and fresh, using techniques and arrangements you rarely see here. Even though they didn’t have the exact color I wanted, they quickly offered thoughtful alternatives that actually turned out even better than what I’d originally pictured.
