About 2 weeks ago, my mom made a call to this preschool to enroll my child. A woman named Christine Kestler, the associate director told her there was an availability for her to start in July but needed them to come in for a tour. My parents took my child while I was working and Christine took them on the tour. There were mostly Caucasian Jewish children/staff in the school. After the tour Christine told my parents she would be in touch the following day regarding an availability. The next day, I assumed because Christine saw my parents & daughters skin color, she told my parents there were no availabilities for the remainder of this year. To confirm my suspicions and also to give her the benefit of doubt, I asked one of my close friends to call the school, give a Jewish name..etc and ask if there was an opening in July. Christine not only told him there were many availabilities for July and the remainder of the year, but she said his daughter could start right away. I gave it about 20 minutes and called Christine who recognized my last name and before I could even speak, told me there were still no availabilities for my daughter. I confronted her about why she told someone else 20 minutes before there were multiple openings and if the problem was because my daughter wasnt Jewish or white. She was stuttering and didnt know what to say and hung up on me. I spent the next few hours calling different branches to speak to a director or executive to address the situation and got the run around. I'm kindly reaching out to my family, friends and community to please share this story and speak out! This absolutely...

The new director is a breath of fresh air, she is incredibly warm and helpful and was willing to help me relocate my kids to another school and daycare when I thought I had to move to a farther part of queens even though it wasnt with her company. Im so glad I didn’t move and I could stay at this school. My oldest went to 3K and UPK here, my middle is attending 3K and they have my infant daughter in class as well. I love it the energy and the teachers do everything they can. They even have evaluation services on site for when parents want more info to help their kids. The school Is in a home setting which made my kids feel more comfortable and made transitioning...
Read moreOverall good experience. I get were the bad reviews are coming from because truly Some staffs are rough around the edge even when they are helping. I had that experience with 2 of them. They were being almost rude to me but I figured it is the culture or their personality because THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY HANDS ON TRYING TO HELP ME. My daughter class has a WhatsApp group where I get pictures all day long. I really didn’t come across a bad experience with them. They have food pantry once or twice a month (sometimes more) for people that want it. I can’t speak for others but truly they are not bad as it is reflected here. I like the place so does my bb girl...
