My review is actually for David D, the manager who was on today when I was in. I had been having problems with an Alo order since the beginning of December so stopped in the store in a last ditch effort to see if I could get any assistance.
The first manager I spoke with basically told me thereās not much they can do with assistance for online orders, but Iām so glad the associate at the front suggested we talk to her other manager David. I was basically at my wits end with Alo at this point getting terrible customer service every time I tried to call in, disconnected several times, cancelled orders without explanation, missing orders, you name it.
David heard my concerns and helped pull up my account, going above and beyond getting everything straightened out for us. His customer service and willingness to actually look and see what he could do earned me back as a customer.
Alo, definitely take note of David. He is a valuable employee. Because of his service I remained a customer at a time I was ready to leave Alo all together. Not only that, but while I was there we bought another pair of pants too!
I will still be avoiding online orders through you all at this point I think, but ready to give the in person store another chance, particularly at the store on 5th Ave and with David at the helm....

The cashier made a mistake, she just pick the wrong item (also cheaper) in my order for return without checking the tag. I found out the return amount wasn't right. The cashier didn't apologize and she doesn't know how to fix it. The store manager came over also didn't apologize for the mistake the staff made and I had to wait for extra time to get it fixed. Her attitude was so bad. She made it seem like I was the one who was causing trouble. They ended up messed up my order and I lost $10+ because the mistake the cashier made.
