If I could give 0 stars I would. I went shopping today to browse for clothing and jewelry. I stopped into Anita’s fashion center and started browsing. When I was picking items up I noticed they had no price tag on them. Asked the worker how much and she said a set price that was reasonable. When I finally went to cash out I was told the total was $65. I gave my card, the transaction went through, my items were placed into a bag and I was given no receipt. I walked out and went to another store when I received a notification for $140+ charge from Anita’s store. I went back and asked why my card was charged for $140 instead of the said price of $65 for 4 items. The same lady that rang me up said that was the price but initially said our total for everything was $65. She goes and ask the other worker the price and they go back and forth making up numbers to try to equal out the amount they over charged me. Then goes to say there’s no price on the items, why we didn’t ask for the price originally. Then goes on a rant about how she won’t give back a refund. Ended up leaving the items and had to call chase to dispute the transaction. Don’t go shopping there, they tell you one thing and charge you another and once they get caught up they become defensive and very disrespectful and very unprofessional. Save yourself some time and go check out another store with more professional people and...

Worst place you can ever shop at! They’re overpriced and don’t sell you anything good. I had my sweet 16 last minute and went out shopping to get a nice top to complete my outfit and with in 5 minutes of wearing it. Completely ridiculous!! $45 for it to bust within 5 minutes and to deal with disrespect. DON’T SHOP THERE!!!! Their clothes are DRY ROT and it’s not with the money. On top of that their customer service is HORRIBLE honestly they have no respect for their customers I went in today and without letting me speak fully she started with an attitude saying that they sold me like that and therefore it’s not their problem what happens after the sale. Complete rip off that’s ridiculous. The worker behind the desk was to busy on her phone to even care and then raised her voice at me absolutely horrible attitude. Completely ruined my big day I can’t even post my video of the depart where I had this top on because in front of 150 people my whole bra popped out. Completely ridiculous. Take heed in what these other reviews are saying. If I can prevent one person from going in and purchasing anything from them I did my do diligence. I live 2 hours away One way from Queens. 1) I didn't ask to try on the clothes all I wanted was to see the length of the pants. "Oh no it will fit you, same with the Indian tops. We don't allow to try on." Now the clothes don't fit...Now i have to travel 2 hours to exchange a pants and tops. 2) The Man didnt want to do the exchange until the Owner was here. The store open at 9am I went in he said she'll be here soon left came back after 10am. The owner still wasn't there. I reminded this man I just want to exchange the clothes thats it and I can't wait for the owner to come when she feels like it. Needless to say he didn't take the pants back or exchange it but exchange my tops. And said to a paying customer " I don't know what...
