The owner, reached out to me for an interview only to cancel our interview the day of 2 hours before the time claiming to be sick. I had already been standing in front of the store upon receiving the email. She wrote in the email for me to email her Monday to reschedule. I understand that no one plans to be sick, but the kicker is her ghosting me after I reached out to reschedule our interview. Please treat people with respect. I understand the power dynamic that you are in the position to potentially offer me employment, but it doesn't hurt to be transparent to candidates. After several attempts to communicate with them and their assurance that they would issue a refund I finally had to go through my credit card company for a reverse payment. Absolutely horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone or calls back. Really felt scammed. Do not oder items online!
