Okay! This place use to be my go to place. They are over priced but I always get my foot massage for an extra $10 with no problem. I went here recently (last month) never going back! Usually tip would cost $20 plus feet it would be the most for me $40. I paid near $80 I had my feet massage and my tips done (not a good job by the way and it was my first time doing my nails) I usually only do my feet. When I was leaving out she came to me and said “put tip here” umm I almost spent $80 and now you want me to add more money plus I am not happy with my tips. I couldn’t even get a design not even for an extra charge, I asked. I told her next time I come I will give her a tip. I have done that before. This lady said NO YOU GIVE ME TIP NOW!!! she had me on a good Day I told her she is not getting a tip and she better stop trying to force me to give one. A tip is if you want to give one, if you are pleased. She was busy laughing up a storm with her co workers and shaking from lagging while painting my nails. When she seen she wasn’t going to get one she spoke in her language saying something about me. Well!!! I always tip Good when I do and I meant it I was going to come back and give her tip BUT now she have lost me as a customer. This place is not worth the over priced mean insults. Last time before this I excused them trying to tell me to put my feet in water that had hair in it. They cleaned it with no problem. But this was the last straw. I can get better service at a...
Read moreWent here cause I NEEDED my nails done. The prices aren’t bad. They can vary depending on where you get your nails done and what you get done. The lady that did my toes was nice and she did good a job. However, when it comes to acrylic, they can do better. I wanted coffin nails and instead I got crooked nails that did not look like coffin at all. I get coffin nails all the time, so I was disappointment to spend almost $60 for a job not well done. I even tried to fix it, where I told the woman to make it more coffin like and instead she just made it worse. I had to go fix my nails and spend an extra $30 somewhere else because I was unhappy and was not trying to go back. Lastly, when I went to pay (I paid with card) the staff was hovering over looking at me to see if I would give a tip. I did give a tip mainly for my pedicure. If I had cash, I would have only tip the lady who did my pedicure. Overall, go here at your own risk. Maybe they do regular nails well. No complaints for the pedicure, just...
Read moreReservations don’t mean anything. If they give you an estimated wait time, triple it. Pricing on the snailz website is incorrect... They finally sat me down at a mani station and eventually one of the techs comes over, picks up my purse and the polish I chose and walks away to another station. Not a word was said. So I follow and sit down and she just goes to town on my nails. Didn’t ask what shape I wanted, cut or file, trim cuticles or push, again, not a word. She picks up her cell phone and places/takes several calls throughout the mani. I asked if the nail polish bottle had enough in it for her to do the mani. She says yes and after one coat runs out and without a word, gets up and searches for more… and can’t find the same color. Was annoyed that I asked for another coat. However, as annoying (and time consuming) as it was, she did a...
