Everything about our engagement was perfect, and that all started with Azeera! We didn’t just want a typical diamond engagement ring like everyone else has, we wanted a customized ring of our size choosing along with a variety of stone choices for an affordable price. We looked at many different ring websites (small and large companies), walked into some stores, but none of them seemed to have what we were looking for until we came across Azeera’s website. This company was exactly what we wanted and more. Azeera had a ton of ring options to choose from and they allow you to customize your options right on the website. We found the exact kind of ring we wanted, however, we wanted to adjust and customize it a little more so we reached out to the Azeera team. Not only was Puneet and his team a pleasure to work with, but you can truly tell they love what they do and they make customer service one of their top priorities. They were always available and quick to respond on the website’s chat box and through email. They also sent us computer generated images of the designed ring we asked for and they would make all the adjustments for us too all within a few hours or a day. You always felt like their top priority which is hard to find in companies nowadays. Another amazing aspect of Azeera was the opportunity to pick out the exact center stone for our ring. We ended up choosing a three stone ring with a princess cut aquamarine stone in the center. Puneet sent us the stone details, as well as a video and pictures of the stones to choose from. It was really neat and special knowing we got to actually pick out the stone ourselves. Then it came time for Azeera to make and ship the ring to us. The website tells you in the beginning when you can expect the ring to be done by which is awesome. Once the details are sorted out and you purchase the ring, they begin to work on it right away. Shipping was also super fast taking only a couple days. The ring came and it was beautiful. Almost a year later, we reached out to them again this time with wedding band inquiries which led to another outstanding Azeera purchase. I actually stumbled across Azeera through their Etsy store (The Ring Studio by Azeera) when I was searching for an engagement ring that I wanted. I knew I wanted something floral shaped and something that looked vintage and timeless. They had the perfect design! My fiancé ordered the ring from them, and had a great experience working with them. I went back to The Ring Studio about making me a custom wedding band that would fit next to my pave engagement ring that they had designed. I also worked with them to make a traditional wedding band for my fiancé. Chandani and Puneet were so wonderful to work with! They were quick to respond to my requests for custom orders, sent me their designs during the process along with price quotes, and very quickly produced the wedding bands and shipped them to me. The customer service was outstanding, and their prices were better than what you'd find at a national retailer for jewelry! I went back and forth with them on my fiancé's wedding band since we looked at both sterling silver and white gold, and comfort fit vs. traditional fit since he wanted something very slim in terms of mm thickness. They were so helpful and professional in crafting the pieces of jewelry we'll wear for the rest of our lives. They were a dream to work with, and I can't recommend their products or services...

I had never heard of this jeweler but came across their website and they had beautiful customizable pieces for a good price. I was quickly captivated by the website and started designing something that I would like. I got an aquamarine ring with diamonds on the band. After my purchase, I could see what part of the ring creation phase the team was at which was reassuring. I got the product in about 3 ish weeks after I placed the order. It was beautiful but the center stone had some prongs that were not symmetrically placed compared to the prongs on the other side of the same stone which you can only see if you look closely at the ring. The reason why I’m taking 1 star off is because I was told that I will receive a fine jewelry appraisal document with the ring which I didn’t see in my box. There’s one online but the weight of the gold and the other stones would differ based on the size I purchased so I was hoping to receive the exact appraisal of my ring either a physical copy or through email.
