Given the timeline of complaints I'm guessing it's not a maintenance issue, so I don't understand why this store does not allow people to use the dressing rooms. I don't know if it's a staff issue or simply a lack of effort.

I had an armfull of clothing that I was willing to purchase if I could've tried it on to see how they looked. Instead, I left with a pair of jeans that I knew were my size and left the rest on the rack.

It's a silly policy to say that customers must go home, try it on, and come back for an exchange if it doesn't fit. This defeats the whole purpose of in-person shopping; I'd rather just buy off of Amazon (and save myself the extra trips and money). And from the looks of it, many people have issues when it comes to making exchanges/returns. It sounds like this store is making a lot of money off of trickery.

Horrible energy in this store. The bald headed blonde manager does not want to be in this facility why do you have her working customer service?

Every time I visit it’s an awful experience. I have seen customers on two separate occasions leaving the store and Cursing at her.

Today I learned why. I had a return for a dress that was 4 days past the exchange policy. I had to buy it in the first place because they have NO DRESSING rooms. A scam to get customers to keep the clothes they buy. The cashier said I couldn’t return even for store credit. When I stressed that I had been out of town for business so I hadn’t returned to this area until last night. She simply responded I don’t care.

So glad I didn’t lose my cool. They just lost my business. Don’t go here. It’s tacky...

This store is horrible I brought a few items asked the cashier can I return if they don’t fit because there’s no fitting room. She said yes as long as u have your receipt. I went back today on 3/17/22 to return the clothes that didn’t fit the cashier checked the clothes out then the old man manger runs over started checking and smelling the clothes. She said I need to swipe the card I use I did then she said that’s not the card I used. I only have one card I told her the last 4 digits of the card she only to say o ok. The old mean manger starts yelling at the cashier talking about she can’t return these it have a orange tag( mostly everything in there have a orange tag ) I just wanted my money back nobody at this location is on the same page and the staff...
