Spring Florist — Local services in New York

If I could rate zero stars I would. The woman in there was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking for a bouquet, which they had none of, and she grew so suspicious of me browsing, that she stopped ringing up her customers to 'assist' me (she was the only employee working in the store). I was the only person of color in that shop and she blantantly behaved suspiciously as though I was going to steal.

I suggested she attend the other customers who were waiting in line PRIOR to me walking into this shop and she insisted they could just wait because it wasn't important to her. She followed me throughout the store and later attended to the customers minutes after I hadn't made up my mind. She began embarrassing herself, screaming over the customers at the register to tell me the cost of everything I looked at, and because of her ignorance and very limited selection of any flowers or healthy plants, I walked out.

Don't waste your time or money in this place. The quality of their plants and flowers is terrible, but pales in comparison to their shameful racially discriminate...

WARNING, SPIDER MITES!!! I am so DISAPPOINTED! I saw all the great reviews, I went and they had a good selection at reasonable prices so I bought four different 4" plants. They have a sign that says no refund or returns, but when I got home I noticed the plants had a spider mites infection!! I spent over $50 on plants that are diseased! One is super bad 😭 I tried calling the store but they do not answer the phone. The lighting in the store made it hard to see, but the mites were clearly killing the plants under bright light. I will try and speak to the owner on a day I don't work but I'm not hopeful. DO NOT...

SuPER expensive christmas trees. Mixed bag. At first, decent experience. Reasonable prices, cute plants. Then bad. The woman who owns the store watched me like a hawk and screamed at me, loudly, for touching her plants. I was just trying to see if they fit in my pot that I brought.
