Yummy Chinese 美味 — Restaurant in New York

Well, yesterday, September 8 I stopped in there to get me some lunch before coming home after a quick shopping day I wanted to order some food as I was ordering she was rounding everything off to the next dollar if it was eight she went nine if it was 750 she went eight so I asked her why she was doing it before finish ordering and she said well you don’t think that we paid federal taxes I don’t understand what her problem was but I think that was very rude of her when someone is trying to order food and then step out of the restaurant she was extremely rude. I have enough say rude. I mean rude. I don’t know what may have happened before I walked into the place. It wasn’t all that they had things everywhere I just wanted to grab something quick and go home for the day. I will tell you do not go to this place. My first time I decided to try 5 fried ‘shrimp rolls’, not knowing that each roll is kinda big, so if you are hungry and also looking for a snack or appetizer with a balance of vegetables and meat, for sure this is roll. The shrimps and the cabbage are tender and tasty. The roll was perfectly fried and not at all soaked in oil like in other places. I recommend this roll for sure.

My second time (the next day), being a person that likes vegetable stir fry, I wanted to risk more so I picked from the menu ‘shrimps and mixed vegetables’. A meal with a mix of like 5 vegetables with carrots, onions and a couple of more greens and white ingredients. A fair amount of tender shrimps, the right amount of sauce in the stir fry and a cup of white rice that felt soft and warm.

recently ordered from here as I haven’t had much luck with Chinese restaurants in the area. This was a big mistake. I got spare ribs with the shrimp roll. The shrimp roll was completely Land and had no flavor. On top of this, there were only two pieces of shrimp in the shrimp roll. The rest of it was cabbage and not even carrot or any other feeling. They usually put in shrimp rolls. Next the ribs had to be the worst Chinese store ribs I’ve ever had. You could tell that the ribs were old and probably re-cooked or refried or made it worse was they recovered in that barbecue sauce they always use it bright red and very sweet completely unappetizing in an edible.
