The staff are nasty to residence and unprofessional when the food is served it’s often uncooked and given out in small portions for grown men that often stay without food hours at a time. A body was found dead on the day of Friday the 4/10/20 of COVID-19 and a family member of mine was in the same unit and Was put out in the hallway. however At times when I would call my next of kin I would hear someone coughing, today they found that man dead and the shelter is waiting for the corinor to pick up the body my kin suffers from type 2 diabetes and is at risk of contracting the virus the city and Mr Hall will be held responsible if anything happens to my next of kin because of the lack of procedures and protocols they are not following this will be delt with and the rooms need to be disinfected properly moving forward is paper trail if anything happens to my next of kin...

I do wish I can give them a lower grade for Star Rank, Even half a star or maybe a quarter of a star! Some of the staff are great. (Like 20%) The rest are Extremely, Extremely Horrible. They treat everyone horribly, from the veterans to the civilians. Very disrespectful and super disgusting! Mouse running around in the cafeteria while people are eating. Security guard treating you as prisoners! It is certainly an outrageous place! If you are not able to hold your own and do what you have to do on your own, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for help. Immediately get a transfer as soon as your placed here! For me, shelter is the roof, the walls, the bed, the bathroom, and the lunch. Charitable hands come together to create this shelter. Instead of staying on the street, a person finds warmth, walls, a blanket, guards who do not sleep to take care of you, and a machine that monitors bags. There is a cooking team that prepares the meals, and you are not a prisoner, but this is a practical measure for everyone's safety. There are bad words or transactions that happen, but you receive them with love and morals. The vision will definitely change. People make mistakes, but the best of them are those who offer love...
