Terrible store policy AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I spent over 100 bucks in there 6 days ago a pair of earrings i purchased were broken. I went back to the store 5 days later with receipt they were very nasty didn't apologize for selling me damaged goods probably on purpose and came up with this excuse about no refunds after 24 hrs yet it doesn't say that on any receipts or signs. If I could give their greedy nasty attitudes...

These Asian people watch you like a hawk following me throughout the store and the store is only so big. Ain’t no body stealing but I hate that they make you feel that way! I personally will never shop here again and will go to black owned beauty supply store...
