The proprietors, staff and cook are wonderful and they have a real connection with the folks who live in the neighborhood. They have credit, debit and EBT payment options. In addition to the usual snacks, drinks and sodas there is a wide variety of fresh, organic and premium quality deli, snack, DIY salads and hot food - as well as natural sodas and soft drinks. They also offer fresh fruit/veggie mixes and smoothies. So of course I had to cross water at past midnight to find it. THEY WERE STILL OPEN AND THEY HAD THE TEA. The store was very clean and well established. After coming all that way I was a little disappointed that they only had a handful in stock. Read moreI went here specifically because it was listed as Evergreen organic deli. Apparently it has changed its name to sequoia deli. I didn’t see any organic products in the store. I was in a rush and had to catch a flight so I got the daily detox juice which was nine dollars for the large. Not organic but I’ve definitely enjoyed the juice.
