I ordered a 2.10 Carat, excellent round cut center stone, SI1, D color. The quality of the diamond was as described, excellent quality, and the inclusions cannot be seen with the naked eye. However, the workmanship of the ring was definitely unsatisfactory and severely lacking. When I first received my ring, the diamond was tilted within the setting, and thus was not aligned properly. The band of the ring was also warped. Best Brilliance was happy to pay for return shipping to have it fixed and sent out. When the ring was sent back, there were three concerns:

1. The band was not perfectly round; it was still slightly warped.
2. The tilt of the diamond within the 4-prong setting was perfect. However, the prongs were rotated and not centered on top of the band from the top view; thus, the top view of the setting was not symmetrical.
3. Lastly, the gold on the band was thoroughly scratched. Despite my concerns with the ring, my fiance was happy with it, so we decided to keep it. I would do business again with Best Brilliance, since I think they do truly have quality center stones at the best price. However, my advice for future buyers is to pay attention to the details, like how the diamond is set within the prongs, the integrity of the band, and the quality of the gold. All three of those characteristics were unsatisfactory in the product I received, but my fiance did not mind. Best Brilliance will likely work with you to make your order satisfactory.
