Bethlehem Church — Local services in New York

This morning, I visited this church for the first time. This church preaches and teaches from the Word of God. They open the Bible and read, teach, and preach the Holy Scriptures. God clearly honors that: The Holy Spirit poured down upon all of us in the place. And the power of God and the annointing of God upon the Pastor and leaders in this church is off the charts supernatural from the throne of God Himself. This is what I want and have been praying for in a new home church. I will return next week is my plan as God orders my steps. Amen! P.S. The praise and Worship is beautiful here to fall in love with Jesus deeper and deeper. I experience this is a church gathering where deep calls to deep and we go deeper into our walk with God. I'm loving this church. The worship experience is authentic and beautiful. The lead pastor displays much zeal and is uncompromising in his messages, delivering all of God's Word - no sugar, no fluff. He understands the end times we're in and makes that known, which is important for believers seeking Truth. The truth is in Jesus Christ alone, and I love that the Pastor stands up boldly with this message of true hope in Christ. The childrens' ministry seems to be flourishing and is a really important aspect to the overall ministry as a whole. Also, the church building's architectural design itself is lovely and awe-inspiring. There are two parking lots available, and the surrounding neighborhood is a quiet, residential community in Richmond Hill. So my first time at Bethlehem was about 2 years ago. What I remember the most was how bright it was! I was like wow! One thing to me in looking for a new church was lighting, I didn’t like the new thing of dimming the lights and painting walls black. A lot of changes that to me were not correct. It was not a conducive environment for me, visiting Bethlehem church during my transition from my former church has definitely been helpful to me. The most important thing was the presence of God!
