From a resident, Birchwood Towers offers conveniences and amenities that out-do most of the buildings in Forest Hills. 100% do not go to this place. Before i came to this pool, I called to make sure that they were open and that non members can enter. As soon as I arrived at the pool, a rude lady said that nonmembers weren’t allowed. I payed an expensive cab to come here and I even made sure that we would be able to go to the pool. Also theres alot of elderly people in the pool. Will never come...
