I had black wireless for two years, at first under their $15 a month plan that included 1GB of 5G and 128 kbs after (which switched $20).
Good things Customer service wait time was pretty low. Offered a refund when phone plan didn't work at first.
Bad things Auto recharge never worked and I tried for several months, only to find my plan not renew at end of month. This led to a LOT of issues for me and is why I eventually cancelled my plan along with... The 5G data didn't really work? Regardless of my data usage my internet either didn't work at all OR was slow. On occasion I had ok speed 1-2% of the time, but not particularly at beginning of month when I'd have the 5G. Overall very confused. Sometimes, they don't tell you your plan is ending if you had a special deal, something in their system doesn't register the special deal, so you find your plan ending randomly without warning. My plan didn't work at first due to a "bug" in their system. At first they actually told me to deactivate my plan and offered a refund because my phone wouldn't work with their plan (Google Pixel 3), which I should've said yes to lol but in the end they realized it was a bug and I got it working after a few hours with customer service.
