My fiancĂŠ and I walked into Bobâs Furniture today, newly moved into our first apartment together, excited but a little unsure of exactly what we wanted beyond a general vision of an L-shaped sectional. From the moment we were greeted by Daniel, the experience transformed from a routine furniture hunt into something truly memorable.
Daniel made us feel instantly comfortable and completely at ease. He struck the perfect balanceânever rushed us, never hovered, never pressured. Instead, he gave us the space and time to dream, explore, sit, imagine, rearrange, redesign, and change our minds over (and over!) again. He never made us feel like a burden or like we were taking too long. His patience was remarkable.
What really stood out was his ability to match our energyâalways professional and respectful, but also warm and easygoing. When we wanted to joke around and let our hair down, Daniel matched our vibe effortlessly, joining in with kindness and humor that made the experience feel like shopping with a good friend who just happened to know everything about furniture.
By the time we left, we had furnished our entire living room, dining room, and a good chunk of our bedrooms. And weâre heading back tomorrow to finalize more for the bedrooms and entryway. We truly couldnât have asked for a better person to guide us through such a big milestone.
Weâll be recommending Daniel to everyone we know. He was such a pleasure to work withâknowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely kind.
And one last note: the quality of the pieces we selected was exceptional. Everything we sat on or touched felt sturdy, comfortable, and well-made. The prices were incredibly fair for the level of craftsmanship, and the financing options made it even easier for us to create the space weâve been dreaming of.

   Read moreWill never return to this location again. May not even bother going to any Bob's store again for that matter after my poor experience with the unprofessional workers here. The rep who "assisted" was the shorter Caucasian female with black hair and had a lisp. I went in to look for a specific type of chair, but they didn't have any available in the showroom and the woman proceeded to show me all chairs on the main website like I couldn't have done that myself at home. I kindly explained that I came in store because it's important to try these things out for comfort and fit as you would a bed or shoes, but she seemed quite pushy and so disappointed that I didn't just blindly add some random chair to my cart so that she could receive her commission. When I said no thank you, she just looked at her other two colleagues who were just gossiping and gave each other a disapproving look like we were all in high school or something. I then saw a bed that was on sale so I walked over to look at it, and she immediately follows me and asks if I'd like to add this to my cart. I told her I was just looking, so thank you but no thanks. This group of "mature" adults decided to give each other a look again. She then somehow tried to have me give her my SSN so she could try to apply for some kind of credit to see what financing options I'd qualify for (firstly assuming that I'd even need it...) - and all after I kindly expressed multiple times, I was just looking, thank you. She tried to push it a few more times and at that point I was so annoyed I just decided to leave the store, period. And you guessed it, they all looked at each other again and rolled their eyes.    Read moreI went to the store first week of May got an excellent sales representative who helped me choose a full size 4 piece bed set for my mother in law to be delivered a day before Motherâs Day. The issues began with the warehouse delivery the first time the workers came they looked at the room, stated it wonât fit & left with no explanation a day before Motherâs Day & ruined the surprise. I had to reschedule it for the following week & when they finally showed up & set it up a week later I got the wrong color. I didnât realize because I wasnât there to see myself & as far as my mother in law she didnât know herself she was getting that as a gift. I chose a light grey but they delivered dark grey. I called bobs & they rescheduled for a week out to come drop off the correct color. When that day came, they came with the wrong size. The warehouse worker just rang the bell & said we have wrong size sorry canât deliver. They rescheduled with me a week later to bring the right size. Today they came with the correct size & color, but the set was damaged when they went to set it up. Now they rescheduled for June,5 for the set to be delivered & for them to take the wrong color set back. I asked if I can just get a refund & them pick up the wrong color set but they said no refunds for some reason. Worst experience ever tbh itâs been over a month now & still canât get the right set...
