Boost Mobile — Local services in New York

The lady work there is just a liar. I was trying to get a new phone, she first lied I need to get the most expensive plan to get the phone; Then lied I need to pay the tax for the full price, not the discount price. But actually I already called another boost store, I know the total is about $250, this lady told me it would be close to $350, almost a hundred dollars difference. She was lying to try to get as much money from me as possible, which made me so angry. Next time I would drive a long way to another store, will never step into this...

I came to this Boost mobile location this past Saturday (May 10th) after a horrendous experience at the 2722 Mermaid Avenue location. The gentleman was very courteous and highly knowledgeable. He suggested that I take advantage of a new phone which I was eligible for an upgrade, instead of repairing (replacing) the defaulted speaker. He took care of transferring my data from my phone to the new phone. He is a terrific customer service representative and it was a pleasure...

I spent a whole week trying to transfer my number to another device. The support service, having disabled the number from the old device, could not activate it on the new one. Before this, I visited three stores. They could not help anywhere and only here, a wonderful girl Luna, stubbornly fighting with the support service, was able to set up my phone. She is an example of how to work. Promote her to a manager. She is the best employee of Boost...
