If I could have giving Sky Bike a zero rating I would have. They are the worse. They are cheap but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for “. I would advise everyone to stay clear of Sky Bike. They put in a new throttle cable for me and it broke in two weeks. When they put in the new one it had a lot of play on the throttle handle. The second throttle cable they had another mechanic install it and he did it right. That same mechanic put in a new muffler for me and a week after all of the bolts came loose. I had to keep tightening the bolts every time I rode the scooter. A month later the muffler cracked in two places. I called the owner of Sky Bike and she said that there is no warranty, that I would have to buy a new muffler and pay for labor. i’m done with Sky Bike and I would suggest that you don’t give your business to them. they tried to deceive me for $400, I came to them on an electric motorcycle because it wouldn’t turn on. I said that maybe the problem is in the wires, check them. They did not check them and said that the problem was with the battery and that it needed to be replaced. I took the motorcycle to another place, as I thought, the problem was in the wires, but everything was fine with the battery. I had a terrible experience with this shop they was trying to take more than take less out of my pockets. They say they can't fix pedal bikes but as soon as I say I want to buy something then I asked them what I'm going to do with my old bike they said I can leave it so they can fix it and I can buy myself a brand new bike and then tells me the price of how much they fixed it that's ripping people off in my opinion.
