Heard about this place from a friend & have been dying to try it. I've always wanted to train & learn about boxing but didn't want to be the tall, skinny, goofy looking dude walking into a real gym. Bout is the perfect blend of upscale exercise class (Orange Theory, Soul Cycle, Barry's, Etc.) with real, authentic boxing. My trainer Stephen Frank was excellent. Right off the bat I was learning the techniques of pro boxers & feeling/seeing the difference. The location is a bit tough to find & has no signage at the main entrance, so i was a bit skeptical as I tried to find the gym. But once you enter their doors, it's awesome. Can’t wait to go back or see these dudes...

Gian is usually who I take class with and I couldn’t...

I had gone to other boxing studios in the past, but this is by far the best, and I won't go to other studios anymore. Stephen, the founder, is passionate about boxing, and will teach you correct form. Cardio drills, bag drills, and lots of pad work with the instructor. Classes are always varied, so you never get bored! Come here if you want a good workout, and to learn the...
