I went here to get my toes done in February and the experience was good until a few hours later my big toe started to become inflamed and become painful. I went to my doctor just to make sure everything is okay just to find out that I had a paronychia infection in my toenail caused by bacteria in my skin through cuts in the cuticle. They don't clean their utensils and using the same ones on other people. They just rinse the utensils and move on to the next customer. My doctor said if the infection doesn't clear up by using the ointment and soaking it, i would of gotten my toenail taken off and drained. My toe just started to clear up after using the ointment my doctor prescribed me and i soaked my toe in himalayan salt and Epsom salt every night. Thank god, i didnt need to get my toenail taken off so...

Susan slays my nails every time. The pedicure is also amazing too, especially if you splurge for gel which i usually do, lasts longer than a month. I got french on my toes and literally nothing chipped for like 5 weeks. I love this place. Susan is the best she takes her time with your nails and gets everything perfect. Her french is awesome. Great okay priced (we all know nails are gonna be expensive wherever you go. 50-70$...

Beyond HORRIBLE!!!!! The owner is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life! She started screaming in front of all of her customers telling me that her nail salon didnt cause the fungus on my nail. I came in for advice and she flipped out. If she hadn't treated me that way, i may have gone back. But with that attitude, they most likely have bad hygiene as well. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Horrible customer service...
