I gave them my laptop to repair. The woman behind the counter said she'd call me in a couple hours. That didn't happen, so I came back in, she said she'd call me early the next morning. No call, so I called the store, and spoke to a different person, who said he'd call me later today. That didn't happen, so I called once again, and they said this time that they wouldn't be able to fix the laptop, and that they would have to send it back to the store (apparently they do the actual repairs off-site), and he'd call me when it was ready. Three days later, you'll be surprised to hear I'd had no call, so I call them again, no response. The next day, I called one more time, this time they responded and said it was already at the store.
Tl;dr: Four times they told me they would call me with updates, and they never once did. The only way anything ever moved forward was me calling them and explicitly asking them to do it. The result is that they took six days to figure out they couldn't fix my laptop and give it back to me. To be clear, I'm not mad that they couldn't repair my laptop; I took it to another place right after, who quickly figured out they couldn't fix it, and they gave it back to me within a few minutes. I get that not every store can do every job, and I consider the second place to have perfectly good service. What I'm mad about is that they repeatedly told me they would call me and never, not once, did they...
Β Β Β Read moreAbsolutely unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I went inside the store to have my ps4 fixed, when I was met by the owner. He said he'd update me via phone call or text messages about the issues to my system. By the way, I've told him exactly what my issue was (broke the 4in1 connector inside the motherboard) and he had no idea what I was talking about so he proceeded to call his "mechanic". His "mechanic' is telling him that he'll fix it. A week goes by and I got no updates once-so-ever so I go to the store again. I'm asking him what happened and he had his "mechanic" take my ps4 to a completely different store without my knowledge, and most importantly, my consent. He ALSO failed to mention that I would be paying $185 out of pocket, just to weld a small piece to the motherboard. He thinks that I didn't know that his "mechanic" fixing my PS4 meant that he was just going to replace the motherboard with a completely new one. For all of that, I could've just bought the motherboard again and installed it myself. Let me add that his "mechanic" had an attitude when I went to the other store to pick up my ps4 and wanted to check it. Mind you, I even asked the OWNER of THAT store if I may open my ps4 and look inside to see if all my screws were still intact which he...
Β Β Β Read moreI bought my ps5 from here a few years ago. I took it back twice to get my hdmi fixed. Both times, it took extensive reaching out to the store to inquire about when my system was finished after being told about a few hours to 1 day to fix it. I called yesterday about my hdmi port because itβs only been maybe 2 months since they fixed it for a second time, and where my ps5 is stationary in my room itβs no reason for the hdmi to randomly become faulty. I called in to ask about it, and I was told I only have 1 week from transaction to report any issues. As if that would show itself within 7 days. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to buy & service your devices as they OVERCHARGE for everything from systems, to service repairs with longer than promised wait times. A stationary ps5 that just got an hdmi fix shouldnβt be not working at all after only 2 months of use. And the fact that they choose to not take accountability for poor repairs is disgustingly unprofessional. Just money...
