i had a truly wonderful experience. the prices are unbeatable. i have some chronic muscle pain so this was all about working some of that out. i left the building already able to stand up taller and with better posture without pain. this is not necessary the quietest or most relaxing atmosphere for someone looking for more of a spa vibe BUT if you need some pain relief from a great massage this is where you gotta go. also: tip these employees well! just because the prices are so affordable doesn’t mean you gotta take advantage of their labor. note about the picture: the sign made me laugh and i wanted to include it

They’re prices are very inexpensive and they give a great massage. The staff are very friendly and wonderful. I came out of there feeling like a new person. It was very relaxing that I even took a nap while I was being massage. A piece of advice for the women is not go in there with makeup or with your hair being recently wash because they will be massaging you from head to toe with body oil and lotion.

This place don't look like much on the outside but the work they do inside is amazing. I had a deep tissue massage with hot stones and foot massage also. You feel brand new when you come out. I recommend to everybody. The only turn off was while paying she demanded a tip and got a little upset when it wasn't to her liking. Also, pay in cash because it's a $8-10 difference for credit card.

Im new to the area so im in need for a new massage spot. This wasn’t too far from my home reviews seems decent so I took a chance on it. I called ahead of time to come in at 9pm and I thought things would run smoothly from there. Now I’ve been so many Asian bodywork spots over the years and I highly do not recommend this one:

The massages are very outdated and it felt lazy.. my partner at home coulda gave me the “massage” more so rub down that I received. No technique was used.

NO MUSIC usually when you get a massage there’s relaxing music playing in the back it was just awkwardly silent.

It seemed like my masseuse was the only one in the place and I was right she was. So during my massage someone came in and she had to attend to him mid massage which wasn’t very relaxing.

NO A/C we are in mid summer to be in a “relaxing place” with no air conditioning is ridiculous especially bc on the walk here i definitely got a little hot and walking in to a space with no ventilation certainly wasn’t very comforting. The massage room itself did have a fan but that kind of felt like a slap in the face.

TIME MANAGEMENT ! My appointment started at maybe 9:03 - 9:05 every place I’ve ever been to uses a timer to ensure every minute payed for it worth it. My massage felt rushed and I was indeed skimped on 3-5 mins of my massage she also didn’t follow the request of the package I chose. She stopped my massage literally as soon as it hit 10:15 she should have stopped at 10:16 even if she was counting my massage appointment from the second I walked in.

LASTLY PAYMENT! On their site they have a couple of packages one being $69.99 which I chose and we discussed prior to my appointment. To add cupping it was only $20. I did the math prior to arriving at the front desk to pay it would have been $90 and I was leaving a $15 tip. She quoted me $95. Already dissatisfied with my experience I didn’t even ask any questions and just handed her the money i previously set aside. If she decided to overcharge all she did was take away from her tip ..

Anyways I DO NOT recommend I’m sadly still on this hunt for the best bodywork spot...

The service here was absolutely awful. I showed up excited that I could afford a massage after being so achy and overworked. I presented my Groupon voucher from my Google Wallet and the masseuse took a photo. As I was undressing in the curtained stall (they don't actually have separate rooms), she BARGED IN while I was nearly naked and put a phone in my face without a word. I was shocked and so uncomfortable but I talked to the owner who said the voucher didn't show properly. I went into the app and got him a better voucher. I decided to give the masseuse the benefit of the doubt bc she seems like a recent immigrant, so maybe she didn't know this was highly inappropriate and invasive. The massage technique was mostly good with some exceptions. She only spent about 2 minutes on my feet, out of 60. I thought ok maybe it's because I asked her to massage my jaw when she did my face. (Btw that HURT my jaw soo bad after!! Jaw massage needs to be gentle!!) So I asked to get another 15 on my feet and she nodded but didn't move. I gave her $20. She gave $5 back and I told her to keep it. She gave me the 15 on my feet and legs. I gave her another $20 and asked for change. She looked confused and gave me a post-it. I wrote $7 and said "I want to give you more tip, $7". She went to the back and gave me $7. I tried explaining it to her and used the post-it, but she couldn't understand and started yelling at me in Chinese! Another woman came and I explained everything. She gave me my change and they went to the back. No apology, nothing. I left much more stressed than when I arrived. Plus the ambiance is horrible. You can hear everything inside and outside the place. I asked for the music to be turned up bc it was at a whisper in the beginning and the masseuse didn't understand me for a while. Someone let their phone ring without silencing multiple times!! Ask people to silence their phones!! And if you have a person-facing role, you should have basic knowledge of the common language of the people you face!! Absolutely ridiculous, and I say this as an immigrant with parents whose whole family had to learn the language when...

Bought a Groupon for a 90 minute couples massage. Set up an appointment with them over the phone. Went to appointment on time just to be informed they can’t give us the couples massage we paid for, and instead offered to give us separate massages 90 minutes apart. That completely defeats the purpose of a couples massage. They should’ve called us ahead of time to inform us of a scheduling issue so we could reschedule. They did give us a later time, which we took but it messed up our plans for the night. The massages were good except my masseuse didn’t spend enough time on my neck which is strange as that’s a common place people hold stress. It was mostly a back massage. The odd thing was she very roughly scratched my scalp as if it was supposed to a massage. A scalp massage is great if it’s an actual massage - scratching roughly is just weird and uncomfortable. it also still wasn’t a couples massages we weren’t together - everything’s separated by curtains. Which also means when people come into the location talking you hear everything which is disruptive. The appointment issue seems to be trend as we overheard the same thing happened to others. Seems like the man taking appointments over the phone isn’t relaying those appointments to...
