Lucky — Restaurant in New York

Due to the fact that my “go to” Chinese restaurant (which I had been dealing with for almost 5 years) has been super slacking with the food and service, I decided I need a new Chinese restaurant. I decided to try Luckys and let me tell you, I was NOT disappointed at all‼️ I ordered chicken and shrimp with broccoli with white rice, half of chicken fried crispy with ketchup, bbq sauce and hot sauce 😋🤤 The brown sauce was the star of the chicken and shrimp, there was lots of broccoli 😊 and the half of chicken was perfect‼️ It was delivered in 20 minutes which is good and the food was piping hot. Food is ok. But customer service is lacking. I called and the lady says “hello” like it’s her cell phone, I thought I called the wrong number. When I asked if it’s lucky Chinese food, she tells me “what you want”. And to top it all off she hangs up on me before I could finish asking how much it would come out to. You will definitely lose...
