Very dissapointed at this Carter's location! I have been shopping here for 10 years and never really had a big issue til now. I received a promotion email that if you spend $50 or more you receive a free baby blanket so I purposely shopped today and spent more than $50. When I was checking out I seen they did have about 15 blankets left on the back counter however when I asked the yound lady at the register she scanned the blanket and said I had to pay for it. I was very confused as it was the SAME EXACT blanket on the promotional email! I asked the girl why I had to pay? She walks over to the store Manager who says its ONLY while supplies last! Very confused as to why she said this since there was about 15 sitting in front of her face but she was too lazy and rude to assist her customers! The lady next to me was also complaining because she too was being charged for an item that Carters promoted as free with $50 purchase. I do understand if the store ran out but they did not! If they wanted to lie to their customers about being out of the free item then put it away were customers won't see it! Read moreThis place seems to be packed everytime i go with only one register open. The lines are long. Merchandise is scarce. You end up having to order online and pay for shipping or have it delivered to the store which means you have to go to the store when your items arrive, go nuts looking for parking and wait on the long line and then wait for the cashier to tell another person to go get your package. My last visit was not pleasant at all. Instead of rushing the customers, or giving answers without waiting for the customer with their question perhaps you should have more than one register open.
