I wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful experience we had working with CasaKids and how happy our whole family is with the result. CasaKids places a high emphasis on safety and versatility -- the pieces we have purchased should last our kids many years and can even be moved or modified as they grow. We visited the showroom first to meet with Roberto and check out the quality of the furniture. We only had rough measurements for the room, but Roberto immediately had ideas and started sketching a potential plan. We then booked an on-site visit and had a more in-depth conversation about what we wanted from the room, where things should be placed, adding storage, etc. We received beautifully detailed plans that let us see and almost feel exactly how the room would look when done. Francis especially was always available to answer questions and make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Installation was efficient and professional and completed on the earlier side of the estimated 10-12 week timeframe. We are so happy with the final result -- the furniture looks great and has added so much storage to our children's bedroom. I ordered a custom bunk bed with integrated stairs and drawers and the entire process was professional, efficient, and communicative. I proposed design ideas and Roberto responded with helpful changes and ideas, which after a few iterations, resulted in an amazing design. The bed arrived exactly as I envisioned and went together like a charm. If anyone has ever put together something from Ikea and stared at the directions, assembling a Casa bed is exactly the opposite--intuitive and easy (I had white glove assembly, but helped the installers and saw how easy it was). Although Casa furniture is expensive, it is super high end furniture with thoughtful design and attention to detail.
