Dr. Divino and Mt Sinai are terrible. I have an obvious hernia and Dr. Divino nor anyone prior to her at Mt Sinai were able to "find it". Once I went to another urologist they immediately found it and asked if the previous doctor was stupid, which isn't a surprising question to ask. Dr. Divino was absolutely rude the first time I met her and started asking me if I had hydrocelene or something and because I'm not familiar with the term, she was upset and her tone changed which is when I told her "I don't know, why don't you look at the medical records in front of you?". Right from the first second I met her up until 5 minutes later when she left and said "you don't have a hernia", she was extremely rude and was rushing me out of the room so she can make more money off of other patients waiting to see her just for her to most likely dismiss them or tell them that they need to schedule a 17th ultrasound, kind of like what she did with me. Just kept milking the insurance with no desire to actually resolve the issue because she's clearly not good at her job, as you can see from other reviews online about this fool. Mt Sinai is garbage and just a money making scheme. Save yourself time and money by avoiding Dr. Divino the DumDum and Mt Sinai. Most folks will tell you this and for perfectly good reason with facts to back it up. What a clown and an absolute circus...
Read moreRough doctor like a sumo wrestler! She wanted to perform a surgery to repair one hernia without ordering CT scan or even sonogram although I was complaining about an additional hernia. Her PA asked me “but which one bothered you the most”, like I have nothing better to do but keeping having more surgeries! Lied in the report by claiming the it was an old hernia to coverup for her hospital since my hernia was due to a radical prostatectomy surgery. I went for a second opinion, I had CT scan and it showed 3 hernias, two inguinal hernias and one umbilical cord hernias in addition to twisted intestines and scar tissues. I had everything fixed robotically and I am recovering fine. Thank God I take my heath car seriously and I don’t listen to clueless...
Read moreA surgeon we had no option with, Very neglectful doctor. My fiancé had critical life surgery with Dr.Devino, during the time Dr.Devino told me that she is not giving up on her, this all changed as soon as my fiancé was discharged. Having an open abdominal wound, leaking bile non-stop, Dr.Devino never followed up on the patient even rejecting to schedule any followup appointments, when other hospital network surgeons started to concern about my fiancé's health, Dr.Devino, without even looking ones at the patients progress after a year would block any surgical intervention while she kept leaking bile from her surgical wounds. The doctors oath to care for the sick goes out the window completely with the...
