0 star review: In all honesty I have never been more disgusted and disrespected in my entire life. I was going to make a large purchase today and was shopping for various items (shoes pants shirts and accessories . Once I gathered my items I asked an employee where the dressing room is she said âThe backâ. My hands were honestly in pain from carrying all the items and she watched me walk all the way to the back only for me to find the door locked. I should have known she did this on purpose but I went all the way back to the front of the store to ask her to unlock it and she said she will be there. I wait like 10 min before she finally comes and unlocks it and she informed to dress with only 5 items at a time. I said okay would it be easier if I give it to the register or some table she told me to leave the clothes outside on a hook. I DID EXACTLY THAT AND SHE WATCHED ME DO THAT
I tried on some items till I hear a knock on the door. They called TWO SECURITY GUARDS to escort me out the store. I thought the store was closing and asked if I can purchase my items. Security told me âno they donât want you buying from here they have accused you of stealing (stuffing clothes into my bags and you need to leave the store)â. I already purchased 3 bags from another store because I was shoppingâŠ.I start handing my personal bags to security to search and they refused and told me itâs unnecessary. I told them obviously not because I am being accused of a crime Security apologized to me and told me to come back tomorrow because the employees are new and they donât know what they are doing. I told security I VOW to never purchase from that store. Security told me to be fair you have alot of clothes to purchase. I tell them SO WHAT that actually makes LESS SENSE TO BE ACCUSED OF STEALING BECAUSE WHAT THEIF WOULD WANT TO PURCHASE OBVIOUS ITEMS TO PURCHASE. I walked out angry because I spent the whole day working and was not going to talk to a bunch of racist rude employees.
I was targeted because of two things: 1) Racism/Discrimination and/or 2) Lazy employees who didnât want to check out a large order in a EMPTY store.
I also see that this location has 1 star and has been receiving 1 star reviews for the past two years therefore obviously no consequences for these employees have been made.    Read moreCame to this store on July 19th around 3:30pm and the employee working this shift was rude and had a bad attitude. She was a short, hispanic girl with long brown hair and of course she didnât have a name tag. She seemed to be the only employee there as she was working the fitting room and cash register.
I first interacted with her when I went to the fitting room with my sister. We said âhelloâ and she completely ignored us. We didnât realize that we were in front of a clothing rack that had returns and instead of saying âexcuse meâ or anything for that matter she stared at us until we moved. She then opened up doors to the fitting room for us but again did not speak a word to either of us just opened the door and stared at us. My sister said thank you to the employee for opening the door and the employee just responded by rolling her eyes.
The second interaction is when we went to pay, my grandmother asked if the girl was okay and if she was having a bad day and at first she ignored her but when my grandmother asked again she said âthis is just the way I amâ. There were also other customers trying to pay for their items but she had people waiting too long to the point where people just left the items and left the store completely.
Iâve worked in retail before and I completely understand having a bad day or being tired but there were barely any customers in the store and we approached her with kindness and we only approached her because we needed to try the clothes on and we needed to pay for our items. I understand working is not always enjoyable but thatâs no reason to treat people the way she did. Hoping to never interact with this employee at this store again. Maybe keep her in the back cause she definitely shouldnât be interacting...
   Read moreI had a terrible experience at Charlotte Russe due to the unprofessional staff. The employees were rude, unhelpful, and acted like they didnât want to be there. When I asked for assistance finding a size, they barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed that I was even asking.
At checkout, the cashier was more interested in chatting with their coworker than actually helping me. They were laughing and joking around while I stood there waiting, and when they finally rang me up, they didnât even say a wordâjust handed me the bag and went back to their conversation.
To make things worse, when I tried to return an item, the worker had an attitude the entire time and acted like I was inconveniencing them. Instead of explaining the return policy nicely, they rolled their eyes and spoke to me in a condescending tone.
This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional, and it makes me not want to shop here again. If management actually trained their staff to be respectful and helpful, the store experience would be much better. Until then, Iâll take my...
