A & S Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I've been going to this place for 30 years.

It's a neighborhood staple! Great food and the guys running at the place know the neighborhood better than anybody. They are good with adjusting orders to your liking.

They are familiar with me coming in there to get my pepperoni pizza or Buffalo roll with Diet Coke but after I got married they were cool with changing around my orders for my wife, so she could try out something else.

They offer a place to sit or you can pick up or have something delivered. They use Slice app.

I order from A & S fairly often. Their pizza is delicious along with several other items I’ve ordered. I’m a disabled senior and cannot speak. A & S makes it all so easy. I order from the Slice app and my meal is ready, usually about a half hour. The driver’s are aware that I cannot speak and I never have a problem. The reason I’m writing is because tonight’s pizza is the best I’ve ever had. Onions and sausage with it all chopped nicely and cooked to perfection. I always order a side for my Shih-Tzu, Gypsy. I would love to give 0 stars however it won’t let me. Let’s start off with bad customer service. We ordered food for delivery however we didn’t receive the correct food. I called back and they told me it would take 20mins to delivery the correct food. An hour goes by and I call back to speak with the lady on the phone she was nasty so I ask to speak to the boss and he was also very nasty. He kept insisting to give me $3.00 mean while my order was $31. This is ridiculous! I waited a total of 2 hours for the correct food and it came back cold ! I will never order...
