This Restaurant Wants to Be the Worst Rated in Staten Island! This is my first bad review I have written. We had such a bad experience that I feel I need to warn other future customers. Don't go there! Thai cuisine being one of our favorites and there aren’t many Thai restaurants in Staten Island, decided to order from here for a relative’s birthday get together. First off, I called to place a delivery order. I was told that free delivery is only for 1 mile radius and I am 2.25 miles that the delivery will be charged $5. Very rude hostess and said “take it or leave it”. I went ahead placing my order then was very pushy asking how much of a tip I was giving for delivery. Problems don’t end there — All entrees were barely palatable especially surprising for a Thai restaurant. Crispy red snapper dinner entree wasn’t crisp and it was so tiny and hardly any meat for $20 - such a ripoff! This place must be avoided... you must stay away from..... Food had no flavor. flavorless food and by far the worst food I have ever ordered from a restaurant in Staten Island. It was very disappointing. Had to throw out an entire order of $78. As close to appalled at a meal as I have ever eaten in my life from a Thai restaurant. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else. Avoid at all costs-you have been warned!!

Talk about Gems on Staten Island. I've had thai food all over the city. Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan. And boy was I surprised to find this place. The wife wanted to try it from recommendation from here friends. I was like yeah, why not? I love to eat and thai places don't surprise me that much. Boy was I wrong. Everything we order was on point. The only dish that I can complaint a little about was the papaya salad and it was a bit too salty. But real thai people know all thai food is about the savory and saltiness. Every other dish was design for my palette. Every dish they made was extremely well balance. It's never too salty or sweet. Hats off to the chef. There was only 3 tables that day so there was only one waiter that is super attentive and knows the dishes very well. Atmosphere was great, Highly recommend this place even if you think you had good thai food before. Come try this place and you won't be disappointed.

We tried this place for the first time and we're glad we did. My friends and I decided to have an early dinner before watching a concert at the St. George Theatre and we chose to give this place a try since it was very close to the theatre and had good reviews. The place had a nice casual, yet intimate motiff. Very cozy and surprisingly spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. For starters, we had the Curry Puffs and the Chicken Stay. Quite tasty. For dinner, we ordered the Larb Chicken, Shrimp Panang Curry, Crab Fried Rice, Chicken Drunken Noodles and the Duck Roll. Everything was scrumptious. They even had a good wine list. We had two bottles of their Malbec. It was an excellent place to start our equally excellent evening. Worth coming back to. If you happen to be in the area, definitely check this hidden gem out.

I called to place an order cause their food is, fresh and tasty. As I was proceeding with the end of my order the woman asked me if I wanted to tip....I agreed for a $2 tip. She wanted to force me to pay a $5 tip based on my $50 order. I told her how is that a thing since I'm not at the restaurant occupying a, table or services. She's still implying the amount I've ordered I told her tip is optional and I've paid for online orders even a $2.00 tip and I've had my food delivered. Then she found another reason for me to pay $5 tip based on the distance..I was more upset cause I live 4 blocks away from the restaurant and she said it was almost a mile away. Then she realized she was lying and suggested I tip $3.. which I went along with. I called back to cancel my order since I don't like to be lied to, or to be taken advantage of. I told her my reason calming and she raised her voice at me about suggested the $3 tip which honestly I felt I was forced. The owners should look into this cause they will loose customers with that kind of attitude. It was in 2/12 at 5:10 pm After today I choose not to order from this place again. The owners are kind people but it's unfortunate that they have stuff who are...
