I was looking for a florist open on a Sunday, and almost every shop I found was closed—except for Chelsea Florist. I’m so glad they were open! As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the sweetest couple who made me feel so welcome. I needed a bouquet for a friend’s birthday brunch, and they helped me create the most beautiful, custom arrangement on the spot.

They had such a lovely selection of unique flowers, and one in particular became the star of the table—it was all anyone could talk about! The birthday girl absolutely loved it. I was charged $47 for 6 daisies - which cost $8 at Trader Joe’s. There was no indication that the cost was so high, especially considering daisies are the cheapest flower in the store. For context, that was the same price as a full bouquet of roses ($50) with decorative baby’s breathe etc. If I had known the daisies were so overpriced, I would’ve just gotten the roses. It was wrapped in scrunched paper and they added these ugly “grass” decorations which make it look even cheaper. I’m extremely disappointed, as I try to support local florists. I have purchased flowers from many online and brick & mortar florists - this is one of the very best. Their arrangements are stunning, flowers fresh and the customer service here is tip top - it just doesn't get any better.

If I could, I would give them double the stars. This family owned and run florist hits the mark every time.
